Here’s how it works: By submitting my order, I give you permission to automatically renew my subscription at the end of each term and charge my credit/debit card or 3rd party payment account provided until I tell you otherwise. Updated credit card information is periodically received to avoid an interruption in service. I’ll never be bothered with renewal notices and will continue to enjoy all the benefits of my subscription. You’ll send me a reminder notice 30 days before the start of each annual term or 5 days prior when purchasing a monthly subscription stating the current renewal rate. If, for any reason, I don’t wish to renew my subscription, I can cancel at any time by contacting Customer Service. I will receive a refund for any undelivered print issues. Delivered products and digital-only services are not eligible for a refund. Customers who reside in Vermont, Florida and Canada may not always be enrolled in continuous service but can still order.

  • When will my magazine be delivered?

    Your first print issue usually arrives in 4-8 weeks. Ship times can vary due to when your order is placed within the publication cycle. Please note that HGTV Magazine publishes 8 times a year, Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, Jul/Aug, and Nov/Dec are combined issues and count as two issues as indicated on the issue's cover. The digital version of your magazine is available immediately in our app starting from the dates listed below.

  • How do I access the digital magazine?

    To access your complimentary digital subscription available on iOS and Android devices, simply download the HGTV Magazine app from your device’s app or newsstand store. Open the app and click the "Subscribe" button on the bottom of your screen. Here you will be able to login as an "Existing Subscriber" using the email address and zip code associated with your subscription. This information is also included on your order confirmation page.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    1. Access Customer Care and sign in.
    2. Click on the “Contact Customer Service” link found on the left navigation bar.
    3. Select the subscription title you wish to cancel from the first drop-down field.
    4. On the second drop-down field (reason for contacting customer service), select the “Cancel my subscription” option.
    5. If desired, type in any additional details in the appropriate box.
    6. Hit Send.

    Once your request is received, a customer service representative will review your account info, cancel your subscription, and refund any un-served issues as quickly as possible.
